Our first week in Haiti!

Our first week in Haiti was a challenge, but definitely and eye opener! No A/C is a new thing for me. All the times I heard people say "I cannot believe the things we take for granted in the states". I've always thought, yeah the things. But now I know WOW the things we take for granted. Cold water to drink, Hot water to shower with, Ice cubes, Internet, Sweet tea, Dr. Pepper, pizza ok enough with that!. This week was wonderful, a couple hiccups, but all in all God had his hand in everything! Hannah and I will continue to seek God and pray for Strength, Peace, Confidence, Understanding, and most of all that our relationship with our father in heaven is strengthened every single day!
Here are the pictures of us arriving right after the flight I of course was not ready for this picture just heard Angie in the Heavens talking and looked into the center of the sun ha-ha Hannah on the other hand was so happy to get here and is always ready for pictures :)! I was ready on the third picture ;)

Hannah found a little friend in our room this week and fell in love! His name was Scooter! He didn't stay with us long we let him go to enjoy the rest of Haiti!

The water here is beautiful I met this little guy at church and we became friends! He's the kid on the street that knows where everyone is and what they're doing ha-ha he's my go to guy! He speaks a little English, but we understand each other enough to know what's up! His name is Benji!

Here is our view of the street from the house.

So randomly at church the interpreter preacher and I started beat-boxing / free-styling the kid's loved it! We connected immediately and it was a wonderful experience!

Hannah made a friend from the Hope Vision Orphange his name is Tevins He is deaf and we believe God will heal this boy while we are here! Please keep him in your prayers!

The church service here is beautiful. We are outside singing a couple songs in Creole and a couple songs in English some of the most beautiful voices I've ever heard! Pastor John Barnes Definetly lets God talk through him! Wonderful message and many more to come! Thank you so much House of Moses for making this service happen! It's very much needed! Thank you to everyone that is praying for us and supporting us! We love you all and cannot wait to hear from some of you!
